Automation & Integration Engineer
Pixelabs, a company specialized in computer vision and AI, is opening a new hiring process for an experienced automation and integration engineer to support our development and delivery processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-impact products, participating in the standardization and automation of integration workflows, ensuring fast deployments and delivery of our AI products.
You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will be able to contribute ideas, use your experience of software development to drive our software development and release programme, and help ensure our products address the real challenges of our clients.
Our headquarter office is located in Madrid, so you will join our team here in Spain.
- Operate and maintain scripts and tools developed by the technical team.
- Standardize and improve deployment processes to make them reusable and robust across products.
- Automate deployment processes and operational workflows (with Python, Bash…)
- Contribute to improving the scalability and reliability of existing infrastructure
- Collaborate with the development team to facilitate the integration and deployment of the company’s products
- Development and execution of high- and low-level testing
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
- 2+ years of experience in software development, scripting or automation
- Advanced knowledge of Python and Bash scripting
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud (AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of RESTful API architectures
- Knowledge in design and deployment of relational databases (MySQL, etc.)
- Experience working in Linux operating systems
- Proficiency with repository managers (Git, GitLab/Github, etc.)
